according to its term and effect then this instrument to be
void else to remain in full force and virtue
And it is hereby further agreed that should it become
necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceedings
the said Moses Duncan will pay therefor all attorneys
fees charges and expenses

J.R. Flewellen To G.D. Younglove & Son

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that Whereas J.R. Flewellen of the above State and
County is indebted to G.D. Younglove & Son of the Same
State and County in the Sum of one hundred and
fifty five dollars which said Sum is Covenanted
to be paid by my Certain promissory note bearing date
February 1st and for the said Sum of one hundred
& fifty five dollars bearing interest at the rate of
one per Cent per month from date. Now therefore
to better secure the payment of said note and
interest as expressed therein I do by these presents
grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the said G.D. Young-
love & Son heirs and assigns all my right title interest
and claim of Two Bay Mare mules 6 & 7 years old
The one 6 years old purchased of the said parties this
day named Dollie & Beck To have and to hold all
and singular the personal property above bargained
