and sold unto the said G.D. Younglove & Son heirs
executors administrators forever Provided Nevertheless
that if the said J.R. Flewellen should well and
truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said G.D.
Younglove & Son the full amount of said note together
with the interest according to its tenor and effect then
this instrument to be void else to remain in full
force and virtue And it is hereby further agreed
that should it become necessary to enforce this
instrument by legal proceedings the Said J.R. Flew-
ellen will pay therefor all attorneys fees and expenses

        "Release of Mortgage"
Whereas James S. Pardue of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida Conveyed by Mortgage to H.A. Lackey
of the County of Rockbridge in the State of Virginia
the following described piece or parcel of land lying
and being in the said County of Alachua and State of
Florida to wit: "Beginning on the half mile line run-
ning East & West through Section Thirty one (31) in Township
Nine (9) South Range Twenty (20) East at a point which is
located one hundred and forty (140) yards from the Eastern
boundary line of said Section and running thence North
Seventy (70) yards thence East one hundred and Forty
(140) yards thence North Seventy (70) yards thence West
Seventy (70) yards thence North one hundred and Seven
