Charlotte Wilson To J.W. Coburn

County of Alachua } Know all men by these pre-
ents that we Charlotte Wilson and Lazarus Wilson
her husband who joins with her for the purpose
of enabling her to mortgage her separate property
in the lands hereinafter mentioned both of them
residents of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida parties of the first part and Joseph W. Coburn
of the City of Boston, State of Massachusetts party
of the second part witnesseth that the party of
the first part for the purpose of further and
better securing the payment of their Certain promis
sory note bearing even date with these presents
and made payable to the order of the party of the
second part for the Sum of ($40-) Forty dollars
payable one year after date and bearing interest at
the rate of fifteen per Cent per annum from
date until paid the said note being given for
money advanced by the party of the first part to
me the said Charlotte Wilson to enable me to
improve my separate property have this day by these
presents Mortgaged to the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns the North West
Quarter of the North West Quarter of Section 6,
Township 10, Range 18, Containing Forty acres more
or less. The Condition of this mortgage is such that if
we the parties of the first part shall well
and  truly pay or cause to be paid the said promis-
sory note above referred to according to its tenor and
effect then this obligation to be void else to remain
in full force and virtue & we agree to pay all reasonable
attorneys fees^if it ever becomes necessary to foreclose
this mortgage^ In Testimony whereof we have here-
unto set our hands and seals this 4th day of February
