Eight dollars bearing interest at the rate of, Now therefore
to better secure the payment of said note and interest
as expressed therein I do by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said S.W. Vaughn heirs and
assigns all my right title interest and claim of in and Also
the following described property to wit:
SE1/4 Sec 3 T7 R18 East Lot Nº 1.
To have and to hold all and singular the Crops lands
and personal property above bargained and sold
unto the said S.W. Vaughn his heirs executors administra-
tors and assigns forever Provided nevertheless that if
the said H. Bell should well and truly pay or
cause to be paid unto the said S.W. Vaughn the full
amount of said note together with the interest ac-
cording to its tenor and effect then this instrument to
be void else to remain in full force and virtue
And it is hereby further agreed that should it become
necessary to enforce this instrument by legal proceed-
ings the said H. Bell will pay therefor all attorneys 
fees charges and expenses
