in Township Eleven (11) Range Nineteen (19) S & E Contain-
ing (475) Four hundred and Seventy Five acres more or
less situated lying & being in Alachua County Florida
: also the following described personal property to wit:
Two Bay horses situate as aforesaid in said County &
State.
Together with all and singular the tenements heredi-
taments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
To have and to hold the same unto the said Jack-
son & Crawford in fee simple absolute forever.
Provided however and these presents are upon this
express condition that if the said G.H. Tyson
his heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or
cause to be paid the sum of money covenanted
to be paid by said note together with the interest
to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor thereof
then this obligation shall become null and void
else to remain in full force and virtue. And it is
hereby further agreed and stipulated that the
said G.H. Tyson will pay all expenses costs and
attorneys fees which the said Jackson & Crawford
may be put to in enforcing the collection of the
aforesaid Sum of money Covenanted to be paid
by said note by foreclosing or otherwise.
