do grant bargain sell and Convey unto the said J.E.
W. Markey his heirs and assigns all the following des-
cribed piece parcel or tract of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua State of Florida towit:
The West half of the North East Quarter and the North
West Quarter of the South East Quarter section Twenty
Township Seven South of Range Nineteen East Con-
taining in all one hundred and twenty acres
more or less, together with all and singular the ten-
ements hereditamets and appurtenances to the
Same belonging or in anywise appertaining - 
To have and to hold the same unto the said J.
E.W. Markey his heirs and assigns forever. Provided
however and these presents are upon this express
Condition that if the said A.D. Cone his heirs
or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be
paid the sum of Money Covenanted to be paid
by said notes together with the interest to accrue
thereon according to the legal tenor and effect thereof
then this obligation shall become null and void 
otherwise to remain in full force and virtue. And it
is hereby further agreed and stipulated that the
Said A.D. Cone and Martha Cone their heirs or
assigns will pay all costs expenses and attorneys
fees which the said J.E.W. Markey may be put to
in enforcing the Collection of the aforesaid Sum of
money Covenanted to be paid by said notes by
foreclosure or otherwise

personally appeared A.D. Cone and Martha Cone
his wife to me well known as the persons described in
and who executed the foregoing Mortgage Deed and
Severally acknowledged the execution thereof to
be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned and the said Martha Cone the wife
of the said A.D. Cone on an examination taken and
made separately and apart from her said husband
did acknowledge before me that she made herself
