a party to the said Conveyance for the purpose of relin-
quishing all her dower and right of Dower in and to
the lands tenements and hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released and that such Conveyance
is made by her freely and voluntarily and without Constraint

 Charles H. Breedlove to William Edwards
                 =Mortgage=
This Indenture, made on this 5th day of February
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and Eighty Four Between Charles H. Breedlove of the
first part and William Edwards of the second part:
Whereas the said Charles H. Breedlove is justly indebted
to William Edwards in the Sum of Nine hundred and Seven
and 70/100 Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America which Sum of money is Covenanted to be
paid by a Certain promissory note bearing even date
herewith - one for the Sum of Nine Hundred and Seven
& 70/100  Dollars of Date February the fifth AD 1884 pay-
able to the order of William Edwards given by the said
C.H. Breedlove & due six months after date thereof with
interest from the date thereof at the rate of 10% per
annum being for the purchase money of and for the prop-
erty hereinafter described. Now this Indenture witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for the better
securing the payment of the said Sum of money mentioned
in a Certain promissory note and also for and in Consideration
of the Sum of Nine hundred and Seven & 70/100 Dollars to me
in hand paid by the said party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold
aliened remised released Conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents does grant bargain sell alien remise release
Convey and Confirm unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs and assigns forever All of the West half of
the East half of Section Twenty (20) Township Ten (10) Range
Nineteen (19) less the NW Quarter of the NE Quarter
also less Sixteen (16) acres off of East side of SW Quarter
of the SE Quarter and Containing by estimation one hun-
dred and four (104) acres.
