property to wit: the entire crops of Corn Cotton and all other
produce that I may make or cause to be made during the
year AD Eighteen hundred and Eighty four on any
lands in the aforesaid Alachua County to have and
to hold the above described property unto said
firm parties and their heirs and assigns forever
Now the condition of this obligation is such that
if the said Robert F. Cassells does well and truly pay
or cause to be paid the sum of Sixty Dollars with
ten per cent interest per annum from October the
first 1884 according to the tenor and effect of his
Certain promissory note in favor of the said E.W.
Agnew & Co dated February 5th 1884 and his Current
account with the said E.W. Agnew & Co during the
year AD 1884 and also all expenses that may or
shall accrue in the event of the foreclosure of
this mortgage layers fees and Costs of Court in-
cluded then and in that event this indenture to
be null and void otherwise to remain in full
force and effect In testimony whereof I have here-
