Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That I Sarah A. Stringfellow (widow)
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars to me in hand paid by Robert Lee Stringfellow
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto unto him the said Robert Lee Stringfellow
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the half mile stake on the Southern boundary line
of Section (32) Thirty Two Township Nine (9) Range Eighteen (18)
S & E running North Twenty (20) chains to a stake, Thence West Forty
(40) chains to a stake, Thence South Twenty (20) chains to a
stake, Thence East Forty (40) chains to a stake the point of beginning
Reserving Two acres in the North West Corner of the above tract
of land
containing by estimation Seventy Eight acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto the said Robert Lee Stringfellow
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said Sarah A. Stringfellow
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Robert Lee Stringfellow
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto the said
Robert Lee Stringfellow
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

Alachua County } I Hereby Certify that on this day of A.D. 18 before
} me personally appeared Mrs.
wife of the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate
and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
