Alachua County       }     Know all men by these Presents:
      That Sarah S. Jolly
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
                       Dollars to me in hand paid by J.E. Butts

of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and 
convey unto him unto him the said J.E. Butts

all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning Eight Chains and ninety links (8.90) north from the South East Corner of
the South West quarter of the South West quarter of Section Twenty Six (26) in Township
Ten (10) South Range twenty two (22) east, Thence North Three chains (3.00) Thence
west three chains (3.00) Thence South Three chains (3.00) thence East Three chains
(300) back to place of beginning Containing 90/100 of an acre of land more or less
being the land sold by W.H. Sanders & wife to R.B. Weeks on the 5th day of February
A.D. 1883 by Deed recorded in the public records of Alachua County at pages 191
192 & 193 in Book O. The same piece of land being sold to Sarah S. Jolly
by R.B. Weeks & wife the 1st day of May 1883









containing by estimation      90/100                            acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
             To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said J.E. Butts

and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said Sarah S. Jolly


do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said J.E. Butts

that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances 
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
J.E. Butts
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

wife of                                                               the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate 
and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said 
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
