The State of Florida }
Alachua County       }     Know all men by these Presents:
      That I Homer C. Cato (widower)
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Love and affection I have and bear and the sum 
Five                         Dollars to me in hand paid by Eliza W. Sanders

of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and 
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto her unto him the said Eliza W. Sanders

all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
The South East quarter of the South East quarter of Section Thirteen (13) and
the North east quarter of the North East quarter of Section Twenty four,  all
in Township Eight (8) South of Range Seventeen East















containing by estimation       Eighty                            acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
             To Have and to Hold the same unto her the said Eliza W. Sanders

and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said Homer C. Cato


do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Eliza W. Sanders

that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that  have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances 
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto her the said
Eliza W. Sanders
and to her heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.
          In Witness whereof   I   have hereunto set   my   hand and affixed my seal on this Fifteenth day of March A.D. 1890

                     } me personally appeared Mrs. 
wife of                                                               the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate 
and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said 
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
