The State of Florida }
    Alachua County   }     Know all men by these Presents:
      That I William A. Colclough (widower)
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
                             Dollars to me in hand paid by The Trustees of A.M.E. Church viz W.P. McKnight Thomas Chisholm Augustus Hayes & Henry Carter & their Successors
at the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, 
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto them unto him the said  W.P. McKnight 
Thomas Chisholm Augustus Hayes & Henry Carter as Trustees of the A.M.E. Church
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
From the NE Corner of Section 36 run South Two Thousand feet, Thence West Thirteen hundred
& Twenty feet, Thence South 210 feet, Thence West 210 feet, Thence North 210 feet, Thence East
210 feet, being one acre all in Sec 36 Township 9s Range 20 E
















containing by estimation      one                              acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
             To Have and to Hold the same unto them the said  W.P. McKnight Thomas Chisholm Augustus Hayes & 
Henry Carter Trustees of the A.M.E. Church and their successors
and to their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said W.A. Colclough


do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said  W.P. McKnight Thomas Chisholm Augustus Hayes & Henry Carter 
Trustees of the A.M.E. Church & their successors
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances 
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto them the said
Trustees & their Successors
and to their heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

                     } me personally appeared Mrs. 
wife of                                                               the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate 
and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said 
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
