Alachua County       }     Know all men by these Presents:
      That Geo W. Kelly and wife Sarah J. Kelly
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and fifty
Dollars to us in hand paid by Allen Kelly
at the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, 
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him unto him the said Allen Kelley
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly 
known and described as follows, to wit:
Known on a plat of the town of Windsor as Lot No Twenty (20) Main
St And Lot No Seven (7) Warren Street
containing by estimation Four 63/100 acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
             To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said Allen Kelly
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And we the said Geo W and Sarah J. Kelley
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Allen Kelly
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good 
and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumberances of any kind whatsoever, and that we 
will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
Allen Kelly
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons 
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.
          In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this 9th day of August A.D.1887

Alachua County        }   I Hereby Certify that on the 9th day of August A.D.1887
                             me personally appeared Mrs. Sarah J. Kelley
wife of Geo W. Kelley the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly qusetioned and examined by me, separate 
and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose 
of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said deed described, and that the said 
Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, 
apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
