Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That I F. Estole Clarke (Bachelor)
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Nine Hundred ($900)
Dollars to him in hand paid by Jeannie B. Stewart
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto her the said Jeannie B. Stewart
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Lot number One (1) Commencing at the North West Corner of Section (22) Twenty two
in Township (10) Ten South Range (20) Twenty East at a stake running south (20)
Twenty chains to a stake Thence East (5) five chains to a stake. Thence North
(20) Twenty chains to a stake, Thence wet (5) five chains to plan of beginning
Lot number Fifty six (56) Section Fourteen (14) Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20)
S & E as per survey of N.R. Gruelle C.E.
containing by estimation Twenty acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto her the said Jeannie B. Stewart
and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said F. Estole Clarke
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Jeannie B. Stewart
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto her the said
Jeannie B. Stewart
and to her heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

} me personally appeared Mrs.
wife of the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
