The State of Florida }
    Alachua County   }         Know all men by these Presents:
               That  we Charles White and Dorcas White his wife of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of  Twenty Five
                                       Dollars to us in hand paid by  Elbert McKinney Hector Williams Sheppard Harrison
William Mitchell Trustees of the Archer Shilo Church
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto  the said  Trustees of the Archer Shilo Church

all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
One acre of Land lying and being in the South West quarter of the North
East Quarter of Section Twenty (20) Twenty in Township Eleven South of Range
Eighteen East said land sold for a church and will be better described by
the creation of said church upon the above described land












 
containing by estimation     One                              acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
      To Have and to Hold the same unto  the said Elbert McKinney Hector Williams Sheppard Harrison
William Mitchell Trustees of the Archer Shilo Church
 

and to their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And  the said  Charles White and Dorcas White


do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said  Trustees of the Archer Shilo Church

that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that  have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances 
of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto  the said
Trustees of the Archer Shilo Church 
and to their heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.
       In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands  and affixed our seals  on this  Ninth              day of    March             A.D. 1885

    Alachua County   }         I Hereby Certify that on this      Ninth            day of         March                       A.D. 1885      before
                     } me personally appeared Mrs.  Dorcas White
wife of  Charles White           the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said 
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
