Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That I Lydia G. Miller a widow
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred ($1200\00)
Dollars to me in hand paid by Mary S. Harvey
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto her the said Mary S. Harvey and to heirs and assigns
forever
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Lots numbers (56) fifty Six and fifty Seven (57) of the subdivision of Lots Eight
and Nine of the Moses E. Levy Grant of 20,000 acres and Known as the Leitner
Tract or place according to a map or plat of said Leitner Tracts made by
W.C. Miller C.E. which said map or plat was recorded on the 29th day of
August AD 1877 on page 645 of deed Book "J" of the records of Alachua County
Florida
containing by estimation Eighty acres of land, and water more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto her the said Mary S. Harvey
and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said Lydia G. Miller
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Mary S. Harvey
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto her the said
Mary S. Harvey
and to her heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

} me personally appeared Mrs.
wife of the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
