Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That we Martha A. Huff and George S. Huff her husband
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and Seventy five
Dollars to us in hand paid by Robert McClellan E.C. Wimberly and S.R. Jackson as Trustees of and
for The Sunday School of First Baptist Church of Gainesville Florida
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto them the said Robert McClellan E.C. Wimberly and S.R. Jackson as
Trustees as aforesaid with full and complete power of Sale without the order or intervention of any court or Judge
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Lying in and being a part of Section Four in Township Ten South Range Twenty East
and particularly described as following to wit, Commencing thirty feet South of the
South west corner of the residence property of E.A. King in Gainesville Florida an run
South (370) three hundred and Seventy feet; thence East (150) one hundred and fifty
feet which is the place of beginning, and run thence South one hundred and fifty
feet, Thence East Seventy feet, Thence North one hundred and fifty feet & thence
west Seventy feet, and being a part of the property in Gainesville Florida conveyed
by John Varnum Et ux to said Martha A. Huff
containing by estimation one fourth of an acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto them the said Robert McClellan E.C. Wimberly and S.R. Jackson as Trustees
as aforesaid
successors lawful representatives
and to their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And we the said Martha A. Huff and George S. Huff
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Robert McClellan E.C. Wimberly and S.R. Jackson as Trustees aforesaid
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto the said
Robert McClellan E.C. Wimberly and S.R. Jackson as Trustees as aforesaid
and to their successors lawful representatives heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

Alachua County } I Hereby Certify that on this Ninth day of June A.D. 1890 before
} me personally appeared Mrs. Martha A. Huff
wife of George S. Huff the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower ^Separate Estate & property of every Kind in and to land in said
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower ^Separate Estate & property was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of orfrom her husband.
