    Alachua County   }         Know all men by these Presents:
               That  we J.T. Hutchinson and F.B. Atwater  (Bachelors
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of  Twenty
                                       Dollars to us in hand paid by  C.K. Ray

of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto  the said  C.K. Ray

all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Being a part of the North West quarter of the South East quarter of Section
Thirty one in Township Eight South of Range Seventeen East, divided by a
natural sink Known as the Darling well sink, same to be a starting
point, and running Seventy yards due North, Thence Seventy yards due
East, Thence Seventy yards due south, Thence seventy yards to point of
commencement, Containing one acre more or less











containing by estimation                                      acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
      To Have and to Hold the same unto       the said  C.K. Ray

and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And we the said  J.T. Hutchinson and F.B. Atwater


do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said  C.K. Ray

that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances 
of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto * the said
 C.K. Ray
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

                     } me personally appeared Mrs.   
wife of                    the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said 
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
