The State of Florida }
Alachua County       }     Know all men by these Presents:
      That We Levin A. Sullivan and Ada Sullivan
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
Dollars to us in hand paid by Robert H. Kelley
at the County of Marion in the State of Indiana the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, 
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him unto him the said Robert H. Kelley
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly 
known and described as follows, to wit:
One acre fronting on Greet Street (105) One hundred and five feet running back East
(420)four hundred and twenty feet being the second acre lot South of Warren
St and on the East side of Green street as described on the plat of Windsor.
This conveyance is made on subject to the express condition that no intoxicating
liquors of any kind shall at any time hereafter be manufactured or sold by the
said grantee his heirs or assigns upon the premises herein described and con
veyed to be used as a beverage. And it is expressley provided and made a 
condition absolute of these presents that if at any time hereafter any intoxica
ting liquors shall be manufactured or sold by the said grantee his heirs or assigns
on such premises to be used as a beverage it shall mark a forfiture
hereof and the grantor and his heirs shall thereupon have and may exercise
the right to re-enter and possess said premises as of there former estate therein

containing by estimation One acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
             To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said Robert H. Kelley
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And we the said L.A. Sullivan and Ada Sullivan
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Robert H. Kelley
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good 
and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumberances of any kind whatsoever, and that we 
will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
Robert H. Kelley
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons 
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.
          In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this 21st day of July A.D. 1890

Alachua County       }   I Hereby Certify that on the 21st day of July A.D. 1890
                             me personally appeared Mrs. Ada Sullivan
wife of LA Sullivan the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly qusetioned and examined by me, separate 
and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose 
of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said deed described, and that the said 
Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, 
apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
