 The State of Florida California }
    Los Angeles Alachua County   }         Know all men by these Presents:
               That  F.H. Cavalier (Single) of Los Angeles California
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of  Five Hundred (500)
                                       Dollars to us in hand paid by  Joseph H. Avera and William W. Avera

of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto them the said  Joseph H. Avera and William W. Avera

all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
A part and parcel of Section number (7) Seven in Township (10) Ten South
f Range Twenty (20) East, Starting at the point where the line between
Sections Seven (7) and Eight (8) in said Township crosses the Florida Central
and Peninsular Railroad (formerly Known as the Transit Railroad) running
thence north along said Section line Five (5) Chains and ninety Six (96) links
Thence West Six (6) Chains and Fifty (50) links at which point is located
the North East corner of the land hereby conveyed - running from this point
West Ten (10) Chains and Seventy five (75) links Thence South Seventeen (17)
Chains and Twenty (20) links to the line of said Railroad, Beginning
again at the North East Corner of of this tract as located running South
Eleven (11) Chains and seventy five (85) links to the line of the said Railroad
Thence to the point where the western boundary line of this tract as described
above intersects the line of the said Florida Central and Peninsular Railroad
formerly the transit Railroad


 
containing by estimation      Fifteen (15)                            acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
      To Have and to Hold the same unto  them the said  Joseph H. Avera and William W. Avera



and to their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And we the said  F.H. Cavalier


do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said  Joseph H. Avera and William W. Avera



that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances 
of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto them the said
 Joseph H. Avera and William W. Avera

and to their heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.
       In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands  and affixed our seals  on this   21st               day of    May                   A.D. 1890

                     } me personally appeared Mrs.   
wife of                    the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said 
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
