Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That I Patrick J. Lynch
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Five Thousand ($5000)
Dollars to me in hand paid by William F. Flynn
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said William F. Flynn
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
As being in what is Known as Browns addition to the town of Gainesville Florida
in the North West quarter of Section (5) Five in Township (10) Ten South of Range
(20) Twenty East Containing (5) Five acres the same being the land heretofore Convey
ed by M. OHara to the granter in this deed, by deed recorded in deed Book I at
page 816 & 817 on the 27th day of March A.D. 1876, Saving excepting and reserving
lots 9-10-11 and 12 heretofore conveyed with street privileges and restrictions as
shown on Book of plat "A" page (22) Twenty two, aid lots having been conveyed
to R.M. Clapp and P.J. Lynch as shown by the deeds recorded among the public
records of Alachua County said lots sold and conveyed under this and being what
in Known on Flynn's plat of Browns addition to Gainesville Florida as recorded
in Book of Plats "A" as lots 1, 2, 3 4 5 6 7 and 8 12 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22

containing my estimation - acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said William F. Flynn
and to - heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said P.J. Lynch
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said William F. Flynn
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
William F. Flynn
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

Alachua County } I Hereby Certify that on this day of A.D. 18 before
} me personally appeared Mrs.
wife of the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
