The State of Florida }
    Alachua County   }         Know all men by these Presents:
               That  I Henrietta Hammond unmarried
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Services rendered and the further sum of One $1.00
                                       Dollars to me in hand paid by  William P. Dole

of the County of Cook in the State of Illinois the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said  William P. Dole

all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
The North East quarter of the North East quarter of Section Twenty one in Township Eight
South of Range Twenty one East containing Forty acres
Also Five acres, Commencing in the South west corner of the North west quarter of the
North East quarter of Section Twenty Two Township Eight South of Range Twenty one
East, Thence running East Six hundred and Sixty feet Thence North Three hundred and
Thirty feet, Thence West Six hundred and Sixty feet, Thence South Three hundred and Thirty
feet to the place of beginning
Also Four acres fractional part of the North west quarter of the North East quarter of Sec
tion Twenty Two Township Eight South of Range Twenty one East, commencing at a
stake, Three hundred and Thirty feet North of the South west corner of the North west quarter
of the North East quarter of Section Twenty two, Thence running Six hundred and Sixty
feet East along the line of William Doles land to a stake, Thence North Two hundred
and Sixty four feet to a stake, Thence west Six hundred and Sixty feet to a stake
Thence South Two hundred and Sixty four feet to the place of beginning.


 
containing by estimation                forty nine (49)                             acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
      To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said  William P. Dole

and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said  Henrietta Hammond


do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said  William P. Dole

that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances 
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto  the said
William P. Dole
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.
       In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand  and affixed my seal  on this   Sixteenth         day of    August                 A.D. 1890

                     } me personally appeared Mrs.   
wife of                    the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said 
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
