Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That Mrs Synthia C. Moore
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty
Dollars to her in hand paid by Noah Taylor and Mollie Mixon
of the County of Bradford in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Noah Taylor and Mollie Mixon
their heirs and assigns
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
B.2. Lot 1 Range 1 One hundred feet front of Right of way two hundred
feet, running back in Section Three (3) Township Eight (8) South of
Range Seventeen East and situated in the Town of High Springs
containing by estimation half acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto the said Noah Taylor and Mollie Mixon
and to their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And that the said Mrs. Synthia C. Moore
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Noah Taylor & Mollie Mixon their heirs and assigns
that she is lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that she have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that she will and her heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto the said
Noah Taylor and Mollie Mixon
and to their heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

Alachua County } I Hereby Certify that on this day of A.D. 18 before
} me personally appeared Mrs.
wife of the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
