Nassau Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That we George R. Fairbanks and Susan B. Fairbanks his wife
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred and Fifty
Dollars to them in hand paid by Franklin D. Vaughn
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said Franklin D. Vaughn his heirs and assigns
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a stake in the middle of the Bellamy Road on the North
line of the Simeon Dell tract of land (in Section Seven Township 7 Range 18)
and runs thence in a south westerly course along and with said line of
Dells tract (20) Twenty chains, Thence North (28°) Twenty Eight degrees West Thirty
chains. Thence North Sixty degrees East Twenty Chains to the Center of said road
Thence in a South Easterly course along said road to the place of beginning
and which said land lies within the Grant to George Atkinson designated
on the Map of Public Survey as Sec 37&c and the land herein above de
scribed forming a part of Sec 12 and 13 T7 R17 and Sec 7 T7 R18
containing by estimation Sixty acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said Franklin D. Vaughn
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said George R. Fairbanks
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Franklin D. Vaughn his heirs and assigns
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
Franklin D. Vaughn
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

Alachua County } I Hereby Certify that on this 22nd day of January A.D. 1890 before
} me personally appeared Mrs. Susan B. Fairbanks
wife of George R. Fairbanks the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of orfrom her husband.
