    Alachua County   }         Know all men by these Presents:
               That  Mrs Synthia C. Moore (Widow)
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of  One
                                       Dollars to her in hand paid by  W.F. Hughey  W.H. Pratt  Saml Vaughn  B.E. Lennard 
& Henry Jeffords
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto   the said  W.F. Hughey  W.H. Pratt  Saml Vaughn  B.E. 
Lennard & Henry Jeffords
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Lot One (1) of Block Three (3) two hundred feet north and South and one hundred
feet East and west in Section Three (3) Township Eight (8) South of Range Seven
teen (17) East Containing half acre and in the Town of High Springs
In Trust, that said premises shall be used Kept maintained and disposed of as
a place of Divine Worship for the use of the ministry and membership of the
Methodist Episcopal Church South, Subject to the Discipline usage
and Ministerial appointments of said Church as from time to time, authorized
and declared by the General Conference of said Church, and the Annual Con
ference within whose bounds the said premises are situate,
In Trust of the aforesaid Trustees W.F. Hughey  W.H. Pratt  Saml Vaughn  B.E. Lennard
and Henry Jeffords and their successors in office




 
containing by estimation       half                       acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
      To Have and to Hold the same unto   the said  W.F. Hughey  W.H. Pratt  Saml Vaughn  B.E. 
Lennard and Henry Jeffords

and to their Successors in office heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And the said  Synthia C. Moore


do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said  W.F. Hughey  W.H. Pratt  Saml Vaughn  B.E. Lennard and 
Henry Jeffords

that she is lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that she have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances 
of any kind whatsoever, and that she will and her heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto * the said
W.F. Hughey  W.H. Pratt  Saml Vaughn  B.E. Lennard & Henry Jeffords

and to their Successors in office heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

                     } me personally appeared Mrs.  
wife of                   the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said 
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
