Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That I Grace H. Merry
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and Eighty four
Dollars to me in hand paid by R.M. Johnson
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto her the said R.M. Johnson
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at a stake on the Eastern boundary line of Section Twenty five
(25) of Township Eleven and Range Twenty said stake being twenty two chains
and thirty links North of the stake representing the half mile Stake on said
Eastern boundary, running thence North along Section line to the North East
Corner of said Section, Then run west three acres to a stake, then run South
parallel to and an even distance with the aforedescribed East line, then East
three acres to the point of beginning
This deed is made for the purpose of correcting an error in a deed made on the
27th day of September 1881 and recorded April 28th 1882 in deed Book N
at pages (355 & 356)
containing by estimation Sixteen and 68/100 acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto her the said R.M. Johnson
and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said Grace H. Merry
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said R.M. Johnson
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever quit claim warrant and defend the same unto the said
R.M. Johnson
and to her heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

} me personally appeared Mrs.
wife of the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
