The State of Florida }
    Alachua County   }         Know all men by these Presents:
               That  We R.J. Camp, J.S. Camp, B.F. Camp and Annie S. Camp
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of  Five ($500)
                                       Dollars to us in hand paid by  The Deacons of the Persimmon Baptist Church
of Campville

of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto them & successors the said  Deacons of the Persimmon Baptist 
Church

all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Lot Eleven (XI) of Block Six (VI) in the town of Campville
Florida said land lying in the south half of the South West
Quarter of Section Thirty Three (33) in Township Nine (9) South Range
Twenty Two (22) East.











 
containing by estimation       One                              acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
      To Have and to Hold the same unto  them the said  Deacons & their Successors in the said Persimmon
Baptist Church for School & Church purposes otherwise to revert back to us

and to  heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And we the said  R.J. Camp, J.S. Camp, B.F. Camp and
Annie S. Camp

do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said  Deacons of the Persimmon Baptist Church

that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances 
of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto them the said
Deacons & their successors of the Persimmon Baptist Church

and to their heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. Subject to the
above conditions

                     } me personally appeared Mrs.  Annie A. Camp
wife of   B.F. Camp        the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said 
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
