Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That I George Gamble
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred
Dollars to me in hand paid by J.L. Green
of the County of Marion in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him the said J.L. Green
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
A Certain lot or parcel of land lying and being near the Central part of
the north half of Section Thirty five Township Eleven of Range Twenty
sold to said Gamble by A.H. Mathers and bounded as follows
North by Joseph Stewart East and south by lands of said Mathers
with a ditch on the dividing line and west by lands of Miss
M.O. Cosby
containing by estimation One and 3/4 acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said J.L. Green
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said George Gamble
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said J.L. Green
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto the said
J.L. Green
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

Alachua County } I Hereby Certify that on this day of A.D. 18 before
} me personally appeared Mrs.
wife of the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
