Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That H.C. Parker and I.O. Parker husband and wife
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred and seventeen (717)
Dollars to us in hand paid by Rebecca F. Cooksey
of the County of Allachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto her the said Rebecca F. Cooksey
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
The south Half (S1/2) of SW1/4, SW1/4 of SE1/4 Section 33, Township
7 Range 19, N1/2 of NW1/4, NW1/4 of NE1/4 Section 4 Township
8 Range 19.
I reserve one acre for Colored School
containing by estimation 240 acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto the said Rebecca F. Cooksey
and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And the said H.C. Parker and I.O. Parker
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Rebecca F. Cooksey
that they are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that they have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that they will and their heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto the said
Rebecca F. Cooksey
and to her heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

Alachua County } I Hereby Certify that on this 8th day of January A.D. 1890 before
} me personally appeared Mrs. I.O. Parker
wife of H.C. Parker the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
