    Alachua County   }         Know all men by these Presents:
               That  I George W. Kelley
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of  ($1000) Ten Dollars
                                       Dollars to me in hand paid by  Sarah J. Kelley

of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto her the said  Sarah J. Kelley

all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Lot No 40, 38, 36, 34, 32 & 30, south side of Main Sts. Lots Nos 17, 19, & 21 on north Warren St. Lot
No 22  Main St. and Lot No 9 Warren St East of Second St East, Begin at NW of Jacob Links Lot
on Main Street, and run thence West to store, or A.D. Wilkersons Lot, thence South 60 feet, thence
East to SW Corner of Jacob Links Lot, thence North to place of beginning, Lot No 18 fronting 44
feet on E. Green St then begin at the NE Corner, thence North 44 feet to store Lot, Thence East
60 feet, Thence south 88 ft, Thence West 60 ft to place of beginning, 1 Lot fronting 30 ft on Green St
and 60 ft on Main St Lots Nos 1, 2, 3 & 4, Block 9, lying on corner of Green & Main Sts, Lot No 1
of Block 11, Lot No 2 of Block 4, Lots 1 & 2 of Block 6 south of Main St., Lots 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 & 2/3
of Lot 22 lying on south side of said Lot 22, Lots Nos 11, 9, 7, 5, 3, &1, north Side of Main
St, south of Orange St & East of Fourth St West, Begin at SE Corner of Green and Main Streets
run thence West 280 ft, thence west 269 feet, to first St West, Thence North along 1st West to Orange
St, Thence East along Orange St to Green St Thence southward to NE Corner of C. Fords Lot, Thence
along Fords lot to NW Corner of said Lot, Thence south to place of beginning Lot No 14 East side
Green street, one acre Lot No 7 north of Washington St, containing 28 acres, Lot 1, 2, 3, & 5 North
Windsor, Containing the four last described one Hundred and Eighty Seven 63/100 acres
 
containing by estimation                                         acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
      To Have and to Hold the same unto  her the said  Sarah J. Kelley

and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said  George W. Kelley


do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Sarah J. Kelley 

that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances 
of any kind whatsoever, and that I will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto her the said
 Sarah J. Kelley
and to her heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.
       In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand  and affixed my seal  on this   Twenty ninth          day of    December               A.D. 1890

                     } me personally appeared Mrs.   
wife of                    the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said 
Deed described, and that the said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or
from her husband.
