ALACHUA County } Know all men by these Presents:
That We William J. Walker and Mary A. Walker his wife
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Six Hundred and Fifty
Dollars to us in hand paid by Robert H. Kelly
at the County of Marion in the State of Indiana the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him unto him the said Robert H. Kelly
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows, to wit:
A lot in Windsor Alachua County Florida beginning at a point Two hundred
and Ten feet from the South East Corner of Green Street and Warren Street
and running south on the East side of Green street Three hundred and
Fifty feet, Thence running East parallel with Lewis Street four hundred
and Twenty feet, Thence running North Three hundred and fifty feet, Thence run
ning west parallel with Warren street Four hundred and twenty feet
back to the starting point
containing by estimation Three and one third acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said Robert H. Kelley
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And we the said William J. Walker and Mary A. Walker
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Robert H. Kelley
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumberances of any kind whatsoever, and that we
will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
Robert H. Kelley
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

ALACHUA County } I Hereby Certify that on the 26th day of January A.D. 1891
me personally appeared Mrs. Mary A. Walker
wife of William J. Walker the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly qusetioned and examined by me, separate
and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose
of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said deed described, and that the said
Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
