Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That J E Dodd and Ann L. Dodd his wife
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand
Dollars to Them in hand paid by A J Cone
at the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof We do hereby acknowledge, have granted,
bargained, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him unto him the said A. J. Cone
City of Gainesville
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the^County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Commencing at the South West of Black (18) Drake's
Mill Black running Two Hundred and Eight feet (208 ft) West
to the Western boundary of Lot number Twenty one (21) on Brush's
extension of the town of Gainesville, Thence North One Hundred
and Twenty feet (120) ft. thence East Two Hundred and Eight feet (208) ft
thence South on the eastern boundary of the said Lot No 21 to the
place of beginning
containing by estimation One half acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said A. J. Cone
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And We the said J. E. Dodd and Ann L Dodd
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said A. J. Cone
that We are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that We have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumberances of any kind whatsoever, and that We
will and our heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
A. J. Cone
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

Alachua County } I Hereby Certify that on the 20th day of February A. D. 1892
me personally appeared Mrs. Ann L Dodd
wife of J. E. Dodd the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly qusetioned and examined by me, separate
and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose
of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said deed described, and that the said
Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
