Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That I Martha A. Noble
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of ($250000) Twenty Five Hundred
Dollars to me in hand paid by James Noble
at the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto him unto him the said James Noble
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows, to wit:
15 acres in the town of Windsor and Known as "Home Place" and bounded
and described as follows, bounded on the West by Windsor Avenue, on the
North by Magnolia Avenue, on the East by lands of Mrs Patterson, on
South by lands of G.B. Griffin, Lots Nos 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,
12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21, 1/2 of lot 23, 24 & 25 of Mrs M.A.
Nobles second subdivision of the town of Windsor, recorded in plat Book
"A" at page 25 Jan 26th 1888, 8 24/100 acres Known as "Mount Nebo" bound
ed and described as follows, bounded on the West by lands of C.P. Whitman
on the North by Magnolia Avenue on the East by lands of Capt Sullivan
on the south by lands of G.B. Griffin. This second sub division of the town
of Windsor being in section 11 Township 10 Range 21 East
containing by estimation acres of land, more or less, Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To Have and to Hold the same unto him the said James Noble
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And I the said Martha A. Noble
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said James Noble
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that I have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumberances of any kind whatsoever, and that I
will and my heirs, executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
James Noble
and to his heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

Alachua County County } I Hereby Certify that on the 17th day of Feby A.D. 1893 before
me personally appeared Mrs. Martha A. Noble
wife of James Noble the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly qusetioned and examined by me, separate
and apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose
of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower in and to land in said deed described, and that the said
Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint,
apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
