Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That we James T. Gabbert and wife Allice S. Gabbert
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty
DOLLARS to them in hand paid by Mrs. Etta Ferguson
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold an
conveyed, and by these Presents, do grant, bargain sell and convey unto her the said Mrs. Etta Ferguson
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land, situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida, particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
Lot number Fifteen in Block Number Four (Lot 15) in Brannings
Addition to the Town of Waldo
containing in my estimation _____ acres of land, more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenance to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto her the said Etta Ferguson
and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And __ the said James T. Gabbert and Allice S.
Gabbert
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Mrs. Etta Ferguson
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that ___ have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that we will and our heirs, executors and administrators, shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
Mrs. Etta Ferguson
and to her heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever, now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

THE STATE OF FLORIDA, } I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this 9th day of February A.D. 1882 before
ALACHUA COUNTY } me personally appeared, Mrs. Allice S. Gabbert
wife of James T. Gabbert the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of Conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower, in and to the land in said
Deed described, and that said Relinquishment and Renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
