Alachua County } Know all men by these Presents:
That we F.E. Williams and Ida D. Williams
of the aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Fifty
DOLLARS to us in hand paid by Hannah Lawson
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained, sold an
conveyed, and by these Presents, do grant, bargain sell and convey unto her the said Hannah Lawson
all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel of land, situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida, particularly known and described as follows, to wit:
The E 1/2 of the S 1/2 of Lot Number One (1) of Section Eight in
Township Eight (8) South of Range Eighteen (18) East according
to survey
containing in my estimation Twenty four and one half acres of land, more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenance to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto her the said Hannah Lawson
and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And we the said F.E. Williams
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Hannah Lawson
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed, and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances
of any kind whatsoever, and that they will and their heirs, executors and administrators, shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said
Hannah Lawson
and to her heirs, executors and administrators and assigns, against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever, now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

THE STATE OF FLORIDA, } I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this 2nd day of June A.D. 1893 before
ALACHUA COUNTY } me personally appeared, Mrs. Ida D. Williams
wife of F.E. Williams the grantor in the foregoing conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me, separate and
apart from her said husband, says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of Conveyance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing all her right of Dower, in and to the land in said
Deed described, and that said Relinquishment of Dower was done and made by her freely and voluntarily, and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
