Alachua County   }  Whereas I Thomas C. Hunter as Guardian for Laura, William T.
Bertha and Henry Stanley minor children of J.W. Standley deceased have in pursuance
of an order made by the Hon J.C. Gardner County Judge of Alachua County Florida
on the 25th day of January A.D. 1888 Sold certain real Estate owned by my said wards to
Archibald Hague Jr. for the sum of Five Hundred Dollars and whereas the said Archibald
Hague Jr. has complied with the terms of said Sale therefore Know all men by these
presents that I Thomas C. Hunter as Guardian for Laura, William T. Bertha and
Henry Standley minor Children of J.W. Standley deceased of the aforesaid County and
State for and in Consideration of the sum of Five Hundred dollars to me in hand
paid by Archibald Hague Jr. of the said County and State the receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him the said Archibald Hague Jr.
all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit the North West quarter of South West quarter of Section
twenty Eight and all of the South West of North West quarter of
Section twenty eight lying in Fernandez Grant and in Township Eight
South of Range Nineteen East Containing by Estimation fifty two acres
more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and To Hold the same unto him the said Archibald Hague Jr and to
his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever all and every right title
interest Claim and demand of every Character whatsoever which my said Wards
Laura William T. Bertha and Henry Standley may have in and to the said
property and every part and parcel thereof. In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal on this 28th day of January
A.D. 1888
