This Indenture made this nineteenth day of May AD 1893, Between
William Walker Widower of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
part of the first part and Ludy H. Bennett of the County of Alachua -
and State of Florida part of the second part, Witnesseth that the
said part of the first part, for and in Consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged has bargained sold and transferred and by 
these presents does bargain sell and transfer unto the said part of
the second part and his heirs and assigns forever all that Certain
parcel of land, lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and more particularly described as follows, The NW1/4
of SW4 (The Northwest quarter of the South west quarter, of Section
Fifteen (15) Tp Eight (8) Range Twenty (20) Forty acres, Together with
all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances with every privilege
right title interest and estate, dower and right of dower reversion, re
mainder and easement thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to hold the same in fee simple forever. And the said
part of the first part does covenant with the said part of the second
part that he is lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free
of all incumbrance, and that he has good right and lawful author
ity to sell the same and that he will warrant and defend the
same against the law Claims of all persons. In witness whereof the said
pary of the first part has hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written
