party of the second part for the track and Roadway for said Railway
and the proper appendages to such track and Roadway and the
building thereon of depots, warehouses and other structures required
for the proper transaction of the business of said Railway Company
Provided always and these presents are upon the express Condition -
that the said party of the second part Shall Construct their Railway
