on the 10th day of November AD 1892 by Hon J.J. Finley Judge of the Circuit Court Fifth
Judicial Circuit of Florida in and for the County of Alachua in a certain cause
therein pending on the Chancery side of said Court Wherein Thos F. King is complainant
and William H. Fowler is defendant said final decree being recorded in Judgment Book
7 at pgs 204 & 205. And whereas in said final decree it is ordered that the said
William H. Fowler shall within ten days from the date thereof execute to William D.
Calhoun a Deed re-establishing a Deed executed by the said Fowler to the said
Calhoun and conveying to him and his heirs and assigns all the right title and
interest of said Fowler and his heirs to the following described lands situated in
the county of Alachua in the State of Florida to wit; The SE1/4 of the NW1/4 the N1/2 of the
SW1/4 and NW1/4 of SE1/4 All in section 28 Township 11 Range 18.
And whereas it is further ordered in said decree that if the said Fowler does not
execute a conveyance re-establishing said deed as aforesaid, that a deed be executed
by said Commissioner appointed by said Court conveying to said plaintiff in said
cause Thos F. King his heirs in and to the said lands
And whereas it is further ordered in and by said decree that the right and
title to said lands as regards the said William H. Fowler and his heirs is declared
to be in the said Thos F. King and his heirs and that the said William H. Fowler and
his heirs are perpetually enjoined from claiming any right, title or interest in the
said lands and further that the said Chas L. Fildes as therein and thereby
appointed Commissioner to execute the deed to the plaintiff the said Thos F. King
and whereas more than ten days have expired since the making and rendering
the aforesaid decree and the said William H. Fowler having failed and refused
to execute the conveyance as therein required Now therefore this indenture
witnesseth: That the said party of the first part in order to carry into effect the
said decree of the said Court and also in consideration of the premises and
the sum of one dollar the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged has granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents does hereby grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain piece parcel or tract of land situate lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State Florida and described as follows to wit:
The South East quarter of the North West quarter; the North half of the South West
quarter, and the North West quarter of the South East quarter all in section
twenty eight Township Eleven Range Eighteen together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the same unto said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness whereof
the said Chas L. Fildes as Commissioner as aforesaid has hereunto the day and
year first above written set his hand and seal
