This Indenture made and entered into this 23d day of June in 
the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and ninety Three
Between Elbert McKinney Jr & Louisa McKinney his wife of the County 
of Alachua, State of Florida of the first part and The Savannah Florida 
and Western Railway Company a Corporation duly established and 
existing under the laws of the State of Georgia and Florida party of 
the second part. Witnesseth That said parties of the first part for 
and in Consideration of the sum of Seventy five Dollars of law
ful money of the United States of America to them in hand paid 
by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing 
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
edged have granted bargained Sold, aliened remised released 
Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain 
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto the said par
ty of the second part, and to its Successors and assigns forever,
