such Case of the suspension of mining from said lands for
the Cause stated above the parties of the second part shall notify
the parties of the first part in writing in advance of the date
when such suspension will begin and shall notify him again
in writing when it shall end,
Sixth: The parties of the second part shall have the right to use
such timber now on said land for Wood for their Phosphate works
until the termination of this Contract. Any default or failure of
the parties of the second part at any time to comply strictly with any
of the provisions or terns hereof shall work a forfeiture immediately
and annullment of this Contract, Should the deposit of Phosphat-
ic rock of marketable quality be exhausted from said land and
every part thereof at any time during the Continuance hereof,
the Contract shall at once cease and determine, To all of
which the said parties of the first part and the said parties
of the second part hereby respectfully bind and obligate themselves
their heirs executors and administrators and assigns.
