land situate lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida and particularly Known and described as follows
to wit, Beginning at a point One hundred and ninety Seven
feet South of the South West Corner of the lot of land in East Gaines
ville owned and occupied by Thomas F. King, and run East four
hundred feet, thence North one hundred and Sixty Seven feet,
thence East one hundred and ninety one feet, Thence South
Three hundred and Eighty five feet, thence West four hundred
and thirty one feet, thence North One hundred and Eighty Eight
feet, thence West One hundred and Sixty feet, thence North, Thir=
ty feet to point of beginning. Containing by estimation Three Acres
of land more or less, To have and to hold the same, together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining forever
in fee, In trust nevertheless and to and for the uses interests
and purposes hereinafter described and declared, That
is to say in trust to be used as a building Cite on which the
said Odd Fellows Home, is to be situate located and built
or the said premises to be sold by the said parties of the Second
part at their discretion and the proceeds arising therefrom to
be applied to the purchase of a more eligible and accessable
building Cite for said Odd Fellows Home, And said party of the
first part does hereby Covenant promise and agree that the above
described premises are free clear and discharged from all
encumbrances of Whatsoever nature and Kind, And that it
will Warrant, and forever defend the same unto the said par
ties of the second part their Successors and assigns against the
lawful claims and demands of every and all persons whomsoever
