Know all men by these presents, that we Samuel Hopkins Spalding and
Ella Elizabeth Spalding of Hingham Massachusetts in Consideration of
One Dollar paid by Mary Lavinia Smith the receipt whereof is hereby
Acknowledged do hereby give grant, bargain sell and Convey unto the
said Mary Lavinia Smith all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida
particularly Known and described as follows to wit, being the East
half of South West quarter of the South East quarter of Section (19) Nineteen
Township (10) Ten South Range (19) Nineteen East. To have and to hold
the granted premises with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto be
longing to the said Mary Lavinia Smith and her heirs and assigns to their
own use and behoof forever, and we do hereby for our selves and our heirs
Executors and administrators Covenant with the said grantee and her heirs
and assigns that we are lawfully seized in fee simple of the granted prem
ises, that they are free from all incumbrances made by us that we have
good right to sell and Convey the same as aforesaid, and that we will
and our heirs executors and administrators shall warrant and defend
the same to the same to the said grantee and her heirs and assigns forever
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons, and for the Consider
ation aforesaid we do hereby release unto the Said grantee and her heirs
and assigns all right of or to both dower and homestead in the granted
Premises, In witness where of we the said Samuel Hopkins Spalding and
Ella Elizabeth Spalding hereunto set our hand and seal this twenty ninth
day of November in the Year one thousand Eight hundred and ninety two
