Mrs. Annie H. Geiger wife of W.W. Geiger the grantors in the foregoing
Conveyance, who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from their said husbands say and acknowledged before me
that they did sign the foregoing deed of Conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all their rights of Dower in
and to said land described and that said relinquishment and renun
ciation of dower was done and made by them freely and voluntarily
And without any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or

State of Kentucky    }  This Indenture made and entered in
County of Cumberland }  to this the 15th day of October A.D. One
Thousand Eight hundred and Eighty Five (1885) Between James
H. Ritchey and Mary H. Ritchey is wife of the County of
Cumberland and State of Kentucky of the first part, and James
Ritchey of Alachua County State of Florida of the second part
Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of One Thousand Dollars to them in hand paid
