The State of Florida }  Know all men by these presents that we Jane
Alachua County       }  W. Butcher and Robert S. Butcher her husband
of the aforesaid County and State for and in Consideration of the sum
of Three Thousand Dollars to us in hand paid by Thomas L. Sharpe
of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof
we do hereby acknowledge, have granted bargained, sold and Conveyed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey unto him the
said Thomas L. Sharpe all that Certain lot, piece tract or parcel of
land, situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua State of
Florida particularly Known and described as follows to wit,
Lot Two (2) and the North Half of Lot Seven (7) in Section Six
of Township Nine South of Range Twenty two East, Together
with the dwelling house and all out houses and barns, also
two head of milk Cows and two Calves, one Wagon, all farming
implements, all poultry all Crops now growing and being on
said described piece or parcel of land together with all furniture
now in the dwelling house on said described land, containing
by estimation Sixty Acres of land more or less, Together with all
and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining, To have and
to hold the same unto him the said Thomas L. Sharpe and to
his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
Absolute, and we the said Jane W. Butcher and Robert S.
Butcher do hereby Covenant and agree to and with the said
Thomas L. Sharpe that we are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same the same, that
the same is free from all incumbrances of any Kind what
Soever, and that we will and our heirs executors and admin
istrators shall and will forever Warrant and defend the
same unto him the said Thomas L. Sharpe and to his heirs
Executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
Claims and demands of any and all Persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same
