State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we Murray M. Cellon and F.E. Cellon
Alachua County } her husband of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the
sum of Five Dollars to us in hand paid by Harry McRae William Brockington and Jack Bank
Trustees of the ME Church of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof
we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold conveyed and quit claimed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell convey and quit claim unto them the said Harry McRae
William Brockington & Jack Banks in trust all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of
land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida particular known
and described as follows to wit: Begin at a point in the center of the Black Creek road three
chains West of the line dividing sections four and five of Township Eight South of Range
Nineteen East run West along said road two chains thence North two and one half
chains thence East or parallel with said road two chains thence south Two and
one half chains to place of beginning for the use and benefit of said ME Church for all
Ministerial purposes subject to the rules of the Discipline of said church, containing by
estimation one half acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and To Hold the same unto them the said McRae Brockington and Banks
as such trustees for said church and to their successors in office and assigns forever all
and every my right title interest claim and demand of every character whatsoever which
I have in and to the said property and every part and parcel thereof. In Witness Whereof
We have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this seventh day of December
AD 1891

Alachua County } I hereby certify that on this seventh day of December AD 1891
before me personally appeared Mrs Murray M. Cellon wife of F.E. Cellon the grantor
in the forgoing conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did
sign the said deed of conveyance for the purposes of releasing relinquishing renouncing
and conveying her separate estate in and to the land in said deed described and
that said relinquishment renunciation and conveyance her separate estate was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband.
