expressed; and the said Sarah Chisholm wife of the said
Thomas Chisholm, and the said Violet Anglin wife of the
said Reuben Anglin and on examinations taken and made sev
erally and separately and apart from their said husbands did
acknowledge before me that they did sign the said deed of Covey
ance for the purpose of releasing, relinquishing and renouncing
all their rights of dower in and to the land in said deed described
and that said relinquishment and renunciation of dower was
done and made by then freely and voluntarily and without any
Compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from their said
husbands respectively

of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the
sum of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars to us in hand paid 
by John Haile of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted
bargained sold conveyed and quit claimed and by these pres
ents do grant bargain sell Convey and quit claim unto 
him the said John Haile and to his heirs and assigns for
ever all that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Sit
uated lying and being in the County of Alachua State of
