Alachua in the State of Florida, the receipt whereof we do hereby
acknowledge, have granted bargained sold and Conveyed and by
these presents do grant, bargain sell and Convey unto them the said
trustees, all that Certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated ly
ing and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida particu
latly Known and described as follows to wit Lot Number (12) Twelve
in block Number (5) Five in the town of Campville Florida
Containing by estimation (1) One Acre of land more or less. Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and apurten
ances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To have and to hold the same unto them the said B.F. Vanlandingham
I.N. Wylie and John Fennell in trust, that said premises Shall be
used Kept, Maintained, and disposed of as a place of Divine
Worship for the use of the Ministry and Membership of the
Methodist Episcopal Church South, Subject to the discipline
usage and ministerial appointments of said Church as from time to
time authorized and disclosed by the General Conference of Said
Church and the Annual Conference within whose bounds the said
premises are situate, and to their heirs executors administrators
Successors in fee simple absolute, And the said R.J. Camp and wife
Jno S. Camp, B.F. Camp and wife, Annie S. Camp do hereby
Covenant and agree to and with the said B.F. Vanlandingham, I.N.
Wylie and John Fennell Trustees that they are lawfully seiz
ed in fee of the property herein and hereby Conveyed, and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and Convey the same,
that the same is free from all incumbrances of any Kind
whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the
same unto them the said B.F. Vanlandingham I.N. Wylie
and John Fennell trustees and to their Successors against the
lawful Claims and demands of any and all persons whom
soever now claiming or hereafter to Claim the same.

our seals on this -  day of -  A.D. 189
