       Together with all contracts for the sale of any of said lands heretofore
made and also the proceeds thereof and equities of redemption therein and all land
acquired by said Railway Company in any other way for the said road between
the points aforesaid, likewise and and all lands now earned under the several
grants made by the State of Florida to said Florida Southern Railway Company on
account of the construction of the portion of its rail road and Branches heretofore
described and not yet conveyed to it: likewise all the railroad of said Florida
Southern Railway Company as the same is constructed from Gainesville to Brooksville
the Branch road from Perry Junction to Palatka and any branch or branches
between Perry Junction and Leesburg constructed or to be constructed together
with the franchises belonging thereto and all spur tracks and rights of way
between the points aforesaid including all the main and second and
said tracks, the roadbed and superstructures iron ties chains splices
bolts nuts spikes depot grounds station houses, depots fences viaducts
bridges materials fuel lumber and timber cut and property purchased for
the construction of said road and any branch or branches therefrom and
each of them between the points aforesaid all the engines tenders cars
machinery and other kinds of rolling stock of said Florida Southern
Railway Company owned or purchased by it for the operation of said
road and its Branches between the points aforesaid meaning and
intending hereby to convey all the real estate of said Railway Company
obtained under grants from the State of Florida to aid in the construction
of the railroad hereinbefore described between the points aforesaid and all
real and personal property of whatever name or nature owned or acquired
by said Railway Company between the points aforesaid, including the
machine shops and all the implements and tools contained therein or along
the line of said railroad or its branches between the points aforesaid although
the same may not be herein specifically mentioned use or intended to be
used upon or in connection with the said railroad together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining. To Have and To Hold all and singular the above
granted premises and every part thereof unto the said parties of the second
part their heirs and assigns forever
