duly executed by the said Company bearing date the twenty second

Know all men by these presents: That whereas by an indenture made
the twenty ninth day of October 1883, the Florida Land and Mortgage
Company (Limited) a corporation organized under the laws of Great Brit
ain did grant and assign unto Charles Townshend Murdoch
Leonidas Moreau Lawson, and Jan Anne Langerhuizen their heirs
and assigns among other premises, the lands heretofore granted
and described upon certain trusts for securing to the holders of certain
debentures issued or to be issued by said Company, the moneys payable
thereunder: and whereas the said Leonidas Moreau Lawson declared
his desire to be discharged from the said trusts and whereas by an
indenture made the nineteenth day of July 1884 Alexander Crum
Maclae and Henry John Broughton Kendall were appointed Trustees
of the said indenture of the twenty ninth day of October 1883 in the place
of the said Leonidas Moreau Lawson and among other premises the
said lands heretofore granted and described were granted and con
veyed by the said Charles Townshend Murdoch, Jan Anne Langerhuizen
and Leonidas Moreau Lawson unto the said Charles Townshend Mur
doch, Jan Anne Langerhuizen, Alexander Crum Maclae and Henry John
Broughton Kendall and their heirs upon the trusts by the said indenture
of the twenty ninth day of October 1883 declared concerning the same
but upon the further trust that until default shall be made
by the said Company in the payment of moneys as provided and set
forth in said indentures the said Company shall be permitted to
sell and dispose of the lands or any part thereof and Whereas
up to this time no such default has been made by the said Company
now therefore Know ye, that we the Trustees aforesaid in consideration
of the premises do by these presents remise release and forever quit
claim to Joseph W. Malphurs and his heirs and assigns all our
right title and interest in and to the lands mentioned and descri
bed in the foregoing conveyance of the Florida Land and Mortgage
Company (Limited) To have and to hold unto the said Joseph W. Malphurs
and his heirs and assigns forever, In Witness Whereof the said Charles
Townshend Murdoch Jan Anne Langerhuizen, Alexander Crum
Maclae and Henry John Broughton Kendall, by James M. Schumacher
their attorney in fact in pursuance of a Power of Attorney bearing date
the fifteenth day of November 1884 have hereunto set their hands and
seals this 23rd day of November 1887
